People come into our retail store all the time and no one has come in with a problem like that and it just being a virus. Click EDIT to write this answer. When booting, it shows the "Starting windows"-screen, then goes to a black screen with a movable cursor. nothing works other than the cursor/pointer/mouse on a blank black screen. news
