Are you sure it was actually Norton and not just a company that provides support for Norton Products. Please help me, my dad's in china and i need to talk to him over skype. Do you have a recovery partition on the laptop computer (sorry, it's late ), or a recovery disk? that would have been better than finding all the specific drivers after using the win 7 disk, but i would still have to reinstall programs.
