BSOD Playing Pretty Much Anything Now. 0x124 Usually.
As I said before, I just recently cleaned out my entire pc with compressed air, so I don't know what the problem is. Well, in BSOD it did say A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor. I'm running the game on medium settings in DX9 mode, with ~45fps, with the following system specs: Intel Core2Duo 8400 3.00ghz EVGA GTS250, not overclocked, auto fan, 196.21 (EVGA site) drivers I hope someone can help me out some! Remember, the BSOD happens after 15-20 minutes. Hell, it wasn't even turned on which makes sense since I'm running a sound card.

i had this exact same issue pointing to this exact same file (ntoskrnl.exe+142788). The minidump does not contain information about the drivers of the hardware that caused the problem. I find sometimes that windows' own generic sound drivers are more stable than the SoundMAX/Realtek drivers.
Tested drives independently. It only happens in BFBC2. Driver releases eventually fixed it. my problem shouldn't be the ram, :) I did disable my onboard sound device in device manager, so my computer completely no sound at all, no sound processing, no sound when

You should really read (or post) the text on the blue screen before you start checking hardware and drivers at random. Please update to the latest version (it should date from 2014). Right click --> Properties for the shortcut, and add +fullproc at the end of the target line.
btw, my onboard sound = Realtek SoundMax, my fren has asus motherboard which also use realtek soundmax, he has exactly same problem as mine MaestroMaus12-19-2010, 05:49 AMI had the same issues
Remember, the BSOD happens after 15-20 minutes.
