i'm also switching back to "Balanced" on power settings cuz Intel Speedstep wasn't working with High Performance. Please try again now or at a later time. That would stay till Log off or Restart only. Countless of hours lost debugging this stupid issue. And while it brought a lot of refreshing new features to Windows 10 users, it also caused some problems of its own. I think I MAY have fixed it.
