UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP On Tue 2015-01-27 21:08:08 GMT your computer crashed crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp This was probably caused by the following module: atikmdag.sys (atikmdag+0x29D45) Bugcheck code: 0x7F (0x8, 0xFFFFF80004915E70, 0x4913B68, 0xFFFFF80148487D45) Error: left my pc on with a game running. Ive been having some random BSOD`s all pointing to different files, i`ve even had two today (of which i can only give one error code since the other BSOD was all johgru - please let us know which of the diagnostics tests that you ran, and which that you haven't run. The dump files also point towards the RAM so keep on checking the RAM sticks and the slots individually.Let me know in case of any problems ^_^-Pranav Member of theBleeping ComputerA.I.I.early
- Analysis: The following is for informational purposes only.
- MY MB can take 16GB.
- A BSOD while stress testing is usually RAM (that you said you checked) or an undervolted CPU.
- Most of the BSODs are "Memory Management Errors", but not always.
- Gonna switch to a 7200/10000 rpm or an SSD (if I can find $500 for a 1tB SSD!) - Switched to 500 gB Samsung 840 series SSD - WOW!!!
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. Right now your computer is having conflicts with dx and the drivers. Thanks in advance! It is a no brainer if you purchased 4 RAM sticks since that would fit in all of the slots.
