I did not get it running for long even with their help and re-install of everything. I was not able to use the wifi because of the limited access issue. I too have a home wireless network that utilizes a Motorola Cablem modem, a LinkSys Router, 2 laptops (IBM and Toshiba) with 2 LinkSys network adapter cards and have experienced the Wireless Internet Continuously Disconnects/Reconnects! What could be the cause and how can i fix it?My model number is VPCM13M1E which the Sony eSupport website desn't seem to recognise.
