I also cannot install the ipa using iTunes. as to the whole apple stack, i was unable to install or uninstall any of the apple components. the only message left was "verification complete". I tried running iTunes64.exe but that failed too. It is really agravating as it is not intuitive where the problem lies, but has always been solvable.
