I look at the picture file and see the pictures on my ipad. Probably others wouldn't either. In an earlier post someone (Noel?) made the point that Microsoft can't fix every bug that comes along in case it creates another problem. Maybe Windows 8 might come with the refresh issue fixed. 🙂 For now, this problem is just that, an irritating problem, rather than anything malicious.

Check this post if you find that your Recycle Bin does not refresh correctly. I've tried the suggested turn off auto colour application in personalization but it hasn't worked. You hardly if ever even see a difference in the way things work from a Windows Update. Thanks Julian.
Regarding this bug, I've encountered more weirdness since I last posted. Another thing that helpsseems to beto turn off various unnecessary stuff, such as indexing, whichappears to make the system snappier and less likely to run afoul of refresh issues.
