All crashes experienced happen either in video games during either loading (geometry is being loaded and rendered into the scene) or during 3d modeling programs like 3ds max and Maya where The only thing that changed is that I've reinstalled the Windows. I also have never had it recover more than once and not have to reboot the computer to get it working again. Windows 10 Safe Mode Never had any of these issues on Windows 10 until yesterday.

Doing a first install of Nvidia driver setup after a clean Windows 10 installation always works fine.

Download Malwarebytes and do a scan please. It is completely unresponsive to the mouse or trying to light up caps lock etc. I should stress. Moreover, the frequency of the GPU Memory clock and the shaders has changed.
