I'm assuming it's either that (a bad mobo) or a bad power supply. But when it comes to shutting down of windows, I face lots of problem. I tried what everyone else said about un-plugging usb cables and got nothing.... Uncheck Automatically restart.With that change, Windows will no longer reboot when you tell it to shut down.
