Windows Updater Never Stops Checking For Updates?
After installing all 3 of these updates my WU started working again. Ensure you choose the x86-based version for 32bit Windows 7 and the x64-based version for 64bit. You'll be asked to restart the computer as part of the installation process. reinstalling windows update tool doesn't work either. click site
Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't offer the update rollup through Windows Update-you have to go out of your way to get it. Unfortunatly finding a 24 hour block when I don't need to use my computers for work purposes isn't easy. i mean that might be a problem. Here are a few ways to give it a kick start.
